Phasm is a closed demo run by its founders. Questions go to privacy@phasm.co.
What we collect
- From the demo request form: your email address, and your company and note if you add them.
- From the demo app: your account, the models you upload and their results, and a recording of everything you do in the app, including what you type (never passwords), pictures of Phasm's windows and crash reports.
Why
To run the demo and to improve Phasm.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, email and AI processing. Some AI providers may use what they receive to improve their services.
Where, and for how long
It's stored in the United States. We keep demo recordings for 90 days and the pictures of Phasm's windows for 30.
Please don't upload
Export-controlled designs.
Deleting your data
Email privacy@phasm.co and we'll delete what we hold about you.
